By accessing nao, joining the whitelist, or using the product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

nao is currently in private beta. Access to sign in and to purchase plans is granted through our whitelist at our discretion.

Beta features are provided as-is and may change, be limited, or be discontinued as we develop the product.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

You are responsible for the data you connect and for ensuring you have the right to use it with nao.

You retain all rights to your data. You grant nao a limited license to query connected data solely to provide the service to you.

nao generates analytics answers based on the context you provide. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for decisions. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by law, nao is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of nao constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
